If you come across a product that looks fake, misleading, or violates GoBuyIt’s rules, you can report it quickly and easily. This helps keep the platform safe for everyone.
Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Open the Product Page
Click on the product you want to report. This will take you to the Product Details page.
Step 2: Scroll Down to “Report this Product”
Near the bottom of the page, you’ll see a button labeled Report this Product.
Click it. A form will pop up.
Step 3: Fill Out the Report Form
The form will include:

Description Briefly describe the issue you're facing. For example: “This product uses fake images” or “The seller is asking for payment before delivery”
Be clear and specific. This helps the support team understand what’s wrong.
Step 4: Submit
Once you’ve written your message, click Submit.
Your report will be sent to GoBuyIt’s support team for review. If the product violates any rules, action will be taken.
